La Maravilla
The apartment La Maravilla is situated on the middle floor of the house – or on the entrance level to the Finca – and it is the largest of the apartments. It is suitable for 2 -3 persons. The apartment has a large terrace with seating area, sun beds and sun umbrella: enjoy an amazing view.

The Finca Aridane originally produced oranges and wine, and it is situated in very quiet rural surroundings. The Finca Aridane is an ideal starting point from which to explore the island. Both the magnificent walking trails of the Cumbrecita and at El Pilar, or the Caldera de Taburiente are all very close by. The beautiful beaches of the West Coast in Puerto Naos or Puerto Tazacorte are just 20 minutes away. Also the small unspoiled natural beaches are very close by. There are great shopping facilities in El Paso or Los Llanos – just a few minutes‘ drive away.
The apartment La Maravilla is situated on the middle floor of the house – or on the entrance level to the Finca – and it is the largest of the apartments. It is suitable for 2 -3 persons. In the living/dining room area there is a comfortable seating area with a bed sofa, 2 arm chairs and occasional tables, an eating corner, a fully-fitted kitchen block, a built-in glass cupboard with crockery and glasses for 6 persons, a book shelf with holiday reading materials, a TV (digital SAT TV and DVD), a music system with a CD player and a heating stove with a large glass window panel, as well as gas heating for colder days.
The bedroom has a large wardrobe with louvre doors, the beds are 200 cm long. They can be used as double or single beds of 90 x 200 cm. Gas heating is also available here and there is a cosy seating corner.
The luxury modern bathroom has a floor level shower with a modern sink, a large mirror, a WC and under-floor heating. The large terrace, flanked with palms and flowers boasts a spectacular view of the Aridane valley and the sea. Here you will find sun umbrellas, garden furniture and sun loungers. A washing machine is also available.

The 7 x 10 meter pool provides the perfect chance to swim and relax on a hot day.

The 36 square meter large terrace is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an outdoor eating area.

The prices quoted are valid from 01 July to 30 April per night for an occupancy of 2 persons. Further persons only by request.
The utility charge includes the provision of fresh towels and bedding, the final cleaning, internet access, change of gas bottles, gardening and pool cleaning.
RENTAL CONDITIONS
Minimum rental period: 7 days
The apartment is ideal for 2 persons. The apartment La Maravilla also has a bed sofa suitable for one adult or two children (on request). Alternatively the entire house can be rented for up to 5 persons. Please contact us for details.
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out up to 11 am
INKLUSIVE
The daily rental charge covers an occupancy with 2 persons. This includes weekly changing of towels and changing of bedding every two weeks. Additionally internet access, electricity, water and gas are also included in the price.
